Johnnie,
As my only friend - I am white if that matters, I cannot donate to the "Cause", but I am conservative.
Please know that I am totally for the rising power and leadership of "Blacks". I have forwarded wonderful
speeches by very conservative "Americans" from your organization, praying for their success and leadership
in these and future times.. However the title (after "Obama" puts most folks in fear-) The title "Republican's
for Black Empowerment" makes some white person wonder, or fear the inevitible why white only or black only empowerment. Why color in empowerment? Why not "Conservative for Empowerment: or at least,
How about Blacks for "Conservative Empowerment" Thanks, God bless you friend. Why not join the Patriotic American Tea Party. You absence is compelling. Speak up and join those who are against the Liberal destruction of America, acknowledge founding father empowerment Senator Hiram Rhoades, Benjamim,Turner, Robert Brown Elliott, Richard Allen. Contact Glenn Beck and join the movement. We love you and welcome you as "Great American's" who are brilliant black conservatives. Sincerely, Lorraine
In the last line of your post, you refer to welcoming "Great Americans" who are brilliant black conservatives. Earlier in your post you asked "Why color in empowerment?" My question to you is why color in black conservatives? In reality, we live in a country that has been divided by color since it's inception. The white man, the red man, the brown man, the black man, the yellow man. The "browning of America" concept suggest that some day America will be such an interracial nation that there will no longer be a need to distinguish the races. That day has not arrived and in the interim we all are striving to preserve our cultural herritage. The day will probably never come, in America, when groups will not be identified by race, creed or color, after all, we are a melting pot, however hopefully the day will come when one group is not fearful of the empowerment of one group or the other. That the day will come when the empowerment of one group will mean the strengthening of all. When we all work together so that America is the country that both our forefathers and Martin Luther King Jr. invisioned. One nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all!
I support the Arizona Immigration Law and hope to go to Arizona and buycott their businesses, if only for a weekend. I hope to have an opportunity to join one of the demonstrations supporting the law, the governor and the people of Arizona.
