On a Mission to Raise the Value of Black America's Political Capital

Last week this Country celebrated MLK's birthday. Next month is Black hx month and supposedly all Americans will strive to live his vision and attain that elusive DREAM.
Besides the Blessing of GOD to make the dream a reality, we are all interdependent on a core of trusted family and friends, who will serve as our foundation to support us when the dream/burden seems too impossible to shoulder. How can we as a race, expect to fortify our foundation when we care not to see, not to hear and not to prevent the slaughter of millions of unborn babies?

It is greed for money by the abortionists, brainwashing, peer pressure, and flat out lies, deceit and misinformation by the abortionists.

I have to run for now, but later I will, expound and provide you with verifiable data and resources.

Wow Virginia, this is truly eye opening. The article quote. "Even if one is in favor of legalized abortion, does such a person want to live in a society in which more people are aborted than born?"; sends shivers down my spine. I'm very interested in the real dynamics here. Why is this happening? Is it economics? Poor sex education? The Internet? Someone really needs to create more conversation on this...for our survival as a race.

Thanks Virginia
Please look at the current legislation that just passed in VA!

Are Blacks good stewards of political power?

Not if you follow the bastardization of democracy known as western Democracy. There is a big difference.

Your right Virginia. The only reason I feel a woman should abort a baby is if she has been raped. Or at least look for a adoptive parent. Yes that child may be innocent. But that woman will be forever reminded that her child is a "rape baby" and will take on the looks and characteristics of that person who raped her. It will forever haunt her. I would never want to live in a society where more children are aborted than born, especially Black children. To reply to Deadra comment it's a little bit of everything. Economics, poor sex education. The Internet and liberal media. Then we have to take in the factor, was there parent a young (underage) mother. We as Black people must stress the survival of our race. I've even talked to White Nationalists (WNs) One thing they stress is that each race must protect it's own survival and impart their valves on there children.

Hello Lloyd,

I am torn when it comes to the rape of an adult.

Rape or incest of a child is easy for me, because there are plenty of justifiable reasons why a child should not be forced to carry a pregnancy to term, the worst of which is medical for both "mom" and baby.

When an adult is faced with this unfortunate decision, I share your sentiments Lloyd, but I would hate to see a healthy fetus/life destroyed.

I think, this is when I (if I were a lawmaker) would insist on extensive psychological counseling between the victim, the family, their pastor and the MD and leave it in God's hands.

We all have/will sin some time. Why not leave this one for GOD to judge!?

I agree Virginia.
I am glad.
How do you feel about capitalism?

I am for free market capitalism.

When you can reap the the fruits of your labor, its motivating to do better if one is so inclined.

When Big Gov. wants to "spread my wealth around", I for one can tell you, knowing that my wealth is directly related to how much family time I sacrificed and instant gratification I have been willing to postpone, by working hard, working long night shifts, living within my means, I assure, that I  will work less and have more free time.

If this administration succeeds in taxing the working stiff more, most Americans will become as the folks in socialist/communist countries and America will no longer be a Republic.

PS.

Thank you for your service to our country.

Your welcome. I'm okay with free market capitalism. I'm more as you could call a "Conservative Third Postionist". I've seen with China that Capitalism can work even in a Socialist nation. What I don't want us to forget is our families and our traditions that make us African Americans and American. I've seen how capitalism and too much Globalism destroyed Japan culturally. Same with the UAE (United Arab Emirates), they went for the whole five star deal, but slowly there losing there Arab/Islamic culture. Capitalism is good but at what price are we willing to lose our souls?
