In the United States 69% of Black families are single parent families. 95% of those are led by Females.
This lend me to form the following hypothesis, "the average Black male acts like a Black female". This
has created a void in our communities and explain the anemic nature of Black men in our communities. I
know this comment will provoke comments, that is a good thing. Prove my hypothesis invalid.

Political influences that will reward you for mediocrity and ignorance
Church leaders teaching weak interpretations of the scriptures that produces no power in the lives of those listening.
Excuses on demand for any reason to not stand up and be a man in work, education and family
Reward lake of effort with gifts to continue with more of the same.
I think this is an oportunity for us to shine the light on all this darkness of failed values and bring about change that support (reward) over comers of this poison in life.
