Other than the President's words, where is the "written" assurance that illegal immigrants Will Not be included in his plan?

I was pleased to see that the President is willing to compromise to improve health care,but the question is,when will both parties come to a solution that they can all agree on?

I find it hard to believe that a Democrat adminstration would seriously consider any proposal that would leave illegal aliens standing on the outside looking in. It just doesn't make any sense. These people are way to important to the Democrats plans for the future.
