As a former member of the Democratic Party, I left the Democratic Party better than a decade ago, because the Democratic Party through an inept elected black leadership and numerous poverty pimping preachers uses the black community for votes, poverty pimping preachers receive gratutities in exchange for delivering the black vote to the Democratic Party, and the black community receives nothing in return but further oppression from these same Democratic Party affiliated leaders, and jurisdictions.

This does not excuse the Republican Party, in that U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has also betrayed U.S. born blacks.

Republican Party and the Democratic Party elected officials and/or Administrations, must live up to the essence of our Constitution, the rule of law, USC, 14th Amendment....."Equal Justice and Protection Under the Law", etc., etc., to lure more U.S. born black people from all walks of life to support or join the Party.

Indeed the Democratic Party has betrayed the Black community and it is disturbing that so many blacks blindly support the Democratic Party.
However there is more than enough blame to go around, in that the Republican Party through no good U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and other Sellouts has also contributed to U.S. born black men and women being used as "fodder for the system".
It is a reflection on the mindset of black people in positions of authority, affiliated with both the Republican Party and the Democratic Party, who could use his or her authority to recommend that Clarence Thomas be impeached, but who instead remain silent.

President's Oath of Office: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Congressional Oath of Office: I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.
“There are cases where an individual has been wrongfully treated by his government and about the only way, unless the individual resorts to court, and even in some cases the courts are not able to give proper relief, the only area or avenue open to the individual is through his representative. When you find a bona fide error has been made, I suggest that you make a maximum effort to remedy it. This I feel is a vital and important function of those of us in the House of Representatives.”
Authors: Donald G. Tacheron and Morris Udall, from the book entitled, “The Job of the Congressman”, pages 65 and 66.
(The above excerpt The Job of the Congressman holds true for any elected office holder, and/or U.S. Citizen.)
http://www.usconstitution.net/const.html#Article6
US Constitution, Article I - The Legislative Branch: "The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment."
Impeachment: Proceeding by a legislature for the removal from office of a public official charged with misconduct in office. Impeachment comprises both the act of formulating the accusation and the resulting trial of the charges; it is frequently but erroneously taken to mean only the removal from office of an accused public official.
.......the letter of the law, the Constitution makes it plain that any member of the House of Representatives has the power and authority to recommend to the entire "House of Representatives" to impeach a public official....such as U.S. Supreme Court Clarence Thomas....who definitely has a history of showing contempt for the Constitutional Rights of law abiding U.S. citizens.......
http://www.ceyseau.net/BOClarenceThomas.html
.....one of many being John Thompson......egregiously violated by government.....which is an impeachable and serious offense.
http://www.ceyseau.net/files/There_is_no_Question_that_Elected_Blac...
President Barack Obama, ....the Congressional Black Clueless....AKA.....Congressional Black Caucus, any other black members of the U.S. House of Representatives who have the power and influence to recommend that no good Clarence Thomas be impeached....and thus far not a one of these individuals are doing this or even step up to the plate to use his or her influence to uphold the U.S. Constitution, his or her oath of office to serve any U.S. born black man or woman in this fashion. Caucasian influence and Caucasian money cannot stop any elected official from exercising this duty. Be it any past or present elected black leaders at the Federal level of government.....there is no excuse for the silence and inaction on the part of President Barack Obama, the Congressional Black Caucus, any other black members (Republican) of the U.S. House of Representatives who have the power and influence to recommend that no good Clarence Thomas be impeached.
It is not in the best interest of any Caucasian, Hispanic, Jewish, etc., etc., etc., elected official to be the first to step up to the plate to remove a Clarence Thomas and/or other treasonous black public servants, when law abiding black men and women are egregiously violated by the crimes of government.

Republican Party and the Democratic Party elected officials, and especially as it concerns any black elected official.......... must live up to the essence of our Constitution, the rule of law, USC, 14th Amendment....."Equal Justice and Protection Under the Law", etc., etc., to lure more U.S. born black people from all walks of life to support or join the Party.

I commend you, Marvin Stewart, former Board Director of the Minuteman Project and other Minutemen, for your understanding of a most important function of all elected officials and the duty of elected officials to respect the Constitution and his or her oath of office when serving U.S. citizens and legal immigrants.
.....and Marvin Stewart, etc., etc., you definitely have a concise understanding of the "oath of office" and the duty of all elected officials to respect the U.S. Constitution or a respective State Constitution ..... a necessary characteristic that does not exist as it concerns past and present day elected black leaders who are sworn under oath and who actually hold the office.

Michael,
We must stop throwing stones at the two party's because they are what they are. We need to look and see which party will serve us best and demand a place at the table. I am Black, Conservative, and concerned about our community TODAY. So please suggest the best practices for our community health...today.

Again, the major problem that exists in most any community to where elected black leaders hold office to serve U.S. born descendants of slavery.....these individuals are a disgrace to the office.. Elected black leaders, and/or other U.S. born or naturalized citizen black public servants, have contempt for the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution, the California Constitution, etc., etc., and I'm not the sole individual who knows this.
Be it President Barack Obama, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, multiple members of the Congressional Black Clueless....AKA the Congressional Black Caucus, other black elected leaders at the State, County and City levels of government......the issue is the same...... Elected black leaders, and/or far too many U.S. born black public servants, have contempt for the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution, the California Constitution, etc., etc., and I'm not the sole individual who knows this!

"In Booing Mitt Romney, Black Voters Ignore the Reality that ObamaCare is Too Costly. California is Already in Debt, and Tackling ObamaCare Will Add to California's Woes!"
The fact that so many US citizens and legal immigrants from all walks of life, are unemployed or underemployed, the black community being worse off than ever under President Barack Obama and the Obama Administration is causing many blacks to turn against President Barack Obama and the Democratic Party.

...Mitt Romney tried to reach the black voters, I just hope that Mitt was successful in getting to a larger segment of the black electorate, because as it stands far too many black voters are still loyal to the Democratic Party, while the Democratic Party, through bad leaders and policies, oppresses U.S. born blacks …………
……..It is imperative that telling the truth and stating facts, become essential to win votes in the black community. To vote intelligently the black electorate must discern between Mitt Romney and President Barack Obama, as to whom is actually telling the truth, truth that is supported by facts.

The many claims that resulted from the "rampart scandal" has done m..., than any racial profiling bill, any "million person" march in civil protest, etc., etc. The loss of assets of taxpayer's dollars in Los Angeles County or City revenue to pay multiple mega buck claims in damages, has made for major reforms in the LAPD, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, etc., etc.
Black lawyers who practice "civil law", our elected black leaders must use his or her expertise to protect the Constitutonal rights of law abiding U.S. born descendants of slavery egregiously violated by government.
Here again, President Barack Obama, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas (a Republican) multiple members of the Congressional Black Caucus have failed to step up to the plate. It is not in the best interest of any other ethnic group to be the first to step up to the plate to serve any law abiding U.S. born descendant of slavery so violated, especially in instances where the potential for "megga bucks" in damages are possible.

Megga Buck Civil Claims for Damages, Paid by Taxpayers, will Result in the Firing or Resignation of Rogue Police Officers, Unethical City Prosecutors for Illegal Acts, and Blatant Constitutional Rights Violations!

By and large the taxpayers will not sit quietly, while their tax dollars are being used to pay off civil claims, while the atrocities of government continue. Heads will roll, police officers who are responsible for killing or maiming the innocent are prosecuted, police chiefs make for change in the police department, incompetent doctors, nurses, hospital administrators, and/or elected officials become responsible or face a recall, being replaced, etc., etc.
Hello,
I too left the Democratic Party about 10 years ago and for the very same reasons. Don't believe for one minute that others are not seeing the same thing. I try to keep my focus and have concentrated on school reform. I agree one hundred percent in school choice and I was not going to compromise with the Democratic Party or their Black supporters on this issue. I now find myself in the company of an entire political party that agrees with my position.
The Republican Party also has its issues, but on the issue that I care about the most we are in agreement. If you are Black and not in agreement with the Democratic Party they will try to shut you down.

In the event U.S. born blacks, including the so-called university educated continue promoting inept elected officials or other public servants, any political party, organizations, sacrilegious jackleg preachers, blatantly criminal and unethical individuals, etc., etc., that are not conducive to protecting the Constitutional rights of law abiding U.S. born black men, women, and/or his or her siblings to promote economic, political, and social prosperity for law abiding U.S. born decendants of slavery, the future will be very dismal, so much so, that U.S. born blacks will become extinct in the U.S.
It is not in the best interest of Caucasians, Hispanics, Koreans, Jews, Italians, Russians, Ethiopians, Haitians, Filipinos, etc., etc., newly arrived immigrants and his or her anchor babies, be it legal or illegal, to be the first to step up to the plate to protect the interests, uphold or protect the Constitutional rights of any U.S. born descendant of slavery, which is especially true when "megga" bucks in taxpayer's dollars are at stake to pay off any "civil claim" resulting from the harm done to any U.S. born descendant of slavery by the atrocities of bad government.
