Obamacare Negatively Impacts Minorities

I am sharing this article in hopes that some will use it as a tool to share with others who don't understand that these kinds of measures are NOT intended to do anything more than to make more people dependent on the government. They also make it more difficult to find a way out.

EXCERPT:

Dr. Carson should understand better than almost anyone in the White House the importance of affordable access to health care for the poor and needy. He was born in Detroit and raised by a single mother. He overcame early struggles in his life to graduate from Yale and University of Michigan’s Medical School and made medical history in 1987 when he successfully separated the Binder Twins, who were conjoined at the head.

So why doesn’t Dr. Carson believe Obamacare will provide better outcomes for people in circumstances similar to those of his own childhood? Because countries like Canada and Great Britain have already tried similar plans for decades, and those plans are now failing their patients.

Johnnie and Cali Members,

The race for the Presidency took an important turn yesterday.  Rick Santorum stepped aside and Gov. Romney is not the odds on favorite.  Not only do we need to make an impact here in California, but as one of the largest RBE Groups, we need to have our voice heard locally and nationally.

We need an agenda!!!!  The platform is forming and our collective needs should be in the forefront.  I hope we plan to meet soon...even if I have to plan it.

First and foremost, thank you for supporting Rick Santorum on his bid for the Republican Presidential Nomination.

Our campaign has been gaining steam since our kickoff win in Iowa.  Since then, we have been winning in states that the establishment and talking heads said we couldn't win.  Rick Santorum has now won in Iowa, Louisiana, Missouri, Colorado, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Kansas, Mississippi, and Alabama.

Where: Tampa, Florida
When: August 27, 2012 - August 30, 2012
Requirements:
            -Be a California Resident.
            -Be able to get to Tampa, FL for the National Convention.
            -Support Rick Santorum for President.
            -Apply by April 30th, 2012 at 5 pm.
How: Fill out the application and return it to California@RickSantorum.com by March 30th at 5 PM.

Additional Information: Every person who attends the RNC convention in Tampa is responsible for 100 percent of their own costs. There is zero financial aid available from the party, it is illegal to accept corporate contributions to attend convention, and the estimated costs to go run as high as $3,500. There are no exceptions to this, and people who want to be delegates should be willing to commit to attend the national convention on their own dime.
