Choosing the Future is a multiracial urban conservative coalition of activists, thought-leaders, and organizations who are united behind the collective cause of improving our inner cities with common-sense conservative solutions.
It has been half a century since Democrat President Lyndon B. Johnson proposed his Great Society initiative. It was a compilation of domestic programs designed to reduce poverty, increase education and improve urban cities. While the intentions of this initiative were laudable, the results have been devastating.
Urban cities in America are often at the top of the poverty lists and have systematically low performing schools.
For the past half-century, inner cities have spiraled downward resulting in generations of low-income Americans becoming trapped in a cycle of poverty, fostered by liberal ideals of "social welfare" and "government dependence."
On Saturday April 21, 2012 in Washington D.C., join a multiracial coalition of urban conservaitive organizations and activists who will combine policy & social initiatives to reverse this liberal policies that are prevelant in metropolitain areas.
