Pregnant U.K. Woman Faces Death by Firing Squad in Heroin Trafficking Case

This woman has been jailed since August 2008, is now 5 months pregnant, and facing a death sentence by firing squad without any representation.

We have so many groups fighting to stop cruelty to animals. When will cruelty to human beings stop?

N.Y. Yankees = America

Last year I saw a commercial on T.V. In this commercial Tommy Lasorda (former Manager, LA Dodgers) was consoling a Red Sox fan about her team not making the playoffs. He cheered her up by saying to her “now we can all get together and root against the N.Y. Yankees.” This statement brought applause from the crowd that had gathered.
