On a Mission to Raise the Value of Black America's Political Capital

Hello Nora,
Thanks for taking the time to read my campaign platform.
You did not indicate if you are a CD-7 constituent, but it does not matter; my answer would be the same anyway.

Let me begin by pointing out that a candidate must stand for his/her own believes and convictions prior to the decision to run for office.
You are asking me to do exactly what you accuse president Barrack Hussein Obama of doing, i.e. not keeping his campaign promises.
Well, you and I both know that he said what people like you wanted to hear to get elected. And yes not all Americans are stupid but, 52% of the populous were stupid when they voted for a man who has had no prior experience of running a business, surrounded himself with terrorists like Bill Ayers, or friends who have close ties with terrorists, who told you on the campaign trail that he wants to spread your wealth around; Whose wife promised an audience of college students that "Barack will never allow you to live the life you were used to" and also said, “Americans Need To Change Their Traditions And History”

The 52% "stupid" American that voted for him did not care that he never explicitly said what change he had in mind for them and they did not care to know.
I can go on and on but that would distract me from making my point to you, that I can not be what everyone wants me to be and I don't want to pretend just to get your vote. And because of that you can rest assured that I will STICK to my core believes and campaign platform.
Please note that I did not say, "campaign promise", because I did not make any. My ego does not match O's by a long mile. When I get elected to Washington I trust that you and all other concerned citizens will get and stay actively involved in political affairs that affects our daily lives on the local, state and federal level.

As you stated when the masses get lazy, politicians become corrupt.
The citizens must always exercise their civic duty to protect the U.S. Constitution, lest we will suddenly find ourselves living under dictatorship like Argentina or Iran.

Last but not least may I suggest that you do some research on what is really the cleanest source of energy and you will find that nuclear power is by far the cleanest. Read the research done by Dr. Bill Wattenberg. You can also listen to him every weekend night on KGO-Radio.

You know I decided to run for office because I don’t like what my representatives are doing to this country and its citizens.
It sounds like, that soon you will be following my example, Scott Brown’s in MA and many more to come.
Best of luck with your future campaign.

Sincerely,

Virginia Fuller

I agree with many of your positions and disagree with others. The one that bothers me the most is your position on drilling for oil. This has always been the easy solution to back away from foreign oil. If you will notice the oil companies are not promoting this. They are happy with what is going on Look to natural gas. An unlimited source of energy which the oil companies have hidden for eons. Yes, it would be costly and not a quick solution to our energy issues, but as a conservative and one who is interested in the environment please take the time to investigate.

As a last note I wonder why all who seek political office promise that which is unlikely. Just say you will try, with the help of your supporters, to make the necessary changes to the issues that concern you. Sadly we have a president that promised changes, changes we have not seen. Realistically his percentage of approval would be higher if he had promised he would try to make these changes. The American public may be lazy, but we are not stupid. Take the time to really analyze how you will make a difference in Congress and then present that for voter approval. We all know what needs to be done, but how are YOU going to make a difference?

Good luck to you and your campaign
